The Junior Robotics Teams of both Sierra Leone Grammar School and Annie Walsh Memorial School have won the National Robotics Competition in Sierra Leone and an Le 8000 prize after attending the free STEM Holiday Club.

The competition was held in the Bintumani Hotel, Freetown and was open to all schools. The teams were required to design and build a robot that could perform a series of tasks. The competition was fierce, but the teams from SLGS  and AWMS emerged victorious. Their robots were able to complete all the tasks with ease, and they impressed the judges with their creativity and innovation. The teams were awarded an Le 8000 prize for their efforts, which they plan to use to further their robotics resources at the Schools.

Congratulations to the Junior Robotics Teams of both SLGS and AWMS on their impressive win!
